Data & Account Deletion Request

At .Urban, we respect your right to privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please use one of the methods below:

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the app:

  1. Open the .Urban app.

  2. Navigate to Profile / Settings.

  3. Select "Delete Account".

  4. Confirm your choice. Your account and data will be immediately removed from our active databases.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request data deletion via email:

  • Email: hello@doturban.app

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Username]

  • Required Info: Please send the request from the email address associated with your .Urban account.

What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your request, we will remove:

  • Your personal profile (name, email, profile picture).

  • Location history and saved map pins.

  • Any other personally identifiable information (PII).

Note: Some transaction records (e.g., in-app purchase receipts) may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal and financial reporting obligations in Romania.
